when it had just expired from its previous owners. I
believe that it is important for melanated people to own
and direct our image on the web. So before this domain
was picked up by a porn site, I was blessed to be able
to purchase it.
Black-Poetry.com is a
free forum where people can post their poetry, short
stories, articles, etc. for the world to share. If
you would are a published author and would like to
advertise your book, then please consider black-poetry.com
as a premiere place to advertise your works.

This site was down for a few months
because the server crashed (we had so much traffic!) and
because there were a few folks who spammed members
without my permission. But needless to say, those
issues have been handled and this site will be bigger
and better.
Some people considered this one of the
premiere spots for black poetry because of it's simple
design and easy navigation.
